勞保老年給付線上申請好方便，也可委由投保單位代為線上申辦

 

勞保老年給付除了書面申請方式，還可利用自然人憑證或虛擬勞保憑證登入本局網站之「個人網站申報及查詢作業」自行線上申請喔！

 

沒有自然人憑證或不熟悉電腦操作該怎麼辦呢？

 

只要出具同意由投保單位代為線上申辦的「同意書」（https://www.bli.gov.tw/0103891.html ），亦可委由投保單位透過本局網站之「投保單位網路申報及查詢作業」代為線上申辦。

 

提醒：已完成網路申辦的勞工朋友不須再另寄送紙本申請書件到勞保局，以免重複送件反而增加核付作業時間喔！

The claims for labor insurance old-age benefits can be filed in writing, or through online applications (logo onto the “Online Application and Inquiry System for Individuals” of the BLI’s e-Service System) using citizen digital certificates or virtual labor insurance certificate. For workers without citizen digital certificates or not familiar with the online operations, they may entrust their insured units to claim online (log onto the “Online Application and Inquiry Services for Insured Units”of the BLI’s e-Service System) on their behalf as long as issuing a “Letter of Consent” (which is available for download at the “Download” page of the BLI’s website) to the insured units. The BLI provides diversified and convenient channels for claiming the benefit.

 

Those who have already completed online application are not required to mail the application documents to the BLI. Please do not send duplicate applications, as this may increase the time for reviewing the case.
